Booking terms & conditions

1.All bookings are confirmed at time of booking.

2.Bookings made over phone or via internet have a 7 day cooling off period in which booking can be cancelled without any charge.

3.Only a person aged 18 or over will be allowed to make a booking.

4.Cancellation will result in the loss of any deposit paid.

5.Cancellation within 28 days of the event will require payment in full, within 7 days.

6.Cancellation must be made in writing and sent by recorded delivery.

7.In unforeseen circumstances, an alternative disco may be supplied without notice.

8.In the unlikely event of the disco having to cancel, any monies paid to us by the client shall be refunded in full. This will be the full extent of the discos liability.

9.Only cash will be accepted as payment on the night. If you wish to pay the balance by cheque, this must be received at least 7 days prior to the date of the event.

10.Any cheque that is not cleared by the bank, will incur a £25 charge on the fees owed.

11.Failure to pay the balance by the start of the event may cause us to withdraw our services.

12.We require access to the venue at least 1 hour prior to event start time. If upon our arrival to the venue, we find that access is not straight forward, we will not be liable for starting the event late. 1 hour is required after event to remove our disco from venue.

13.We reserve the right to cancel our services should we discover that the venue is unsuitable, dangerous or has restricted access. In these circumstances, no refund will be made.

14.If at any time, before or during the event, we deem our persons or property to be under threat, either verbally or physically, we reserve the right to terminate our services without further notice. In these circumstances, no refund will be made.

15.We shall not be liable for any inconvenience or financial loss caused by the following rare circumstances that may delay, or cause failure to our services: Act of God; Outbreak of war, terrorism or hostilities; fire, explosion, flood, fog or other severe weather; power failure; theft or malicious damage; any other event that is beyond our control. In these circumstances, no refund will be made.

16.The responsibility for any malicious damage/ theft to the disco/ venue caused by any person(s) will rest entirely with the client. The full cost of repair or replacement of the damaged equipment ( including any carriage required) will be invoiced to the client. We will make every effort to disclose to you the individual (s) involved in the incident, however, it is your responsibility to pursue the matter with the individual (s) . We may also terminate our services from the moment of the incident, and no refund will be made.

17.Requests for 'extra time' may be accepted on the right after authorization from the venue manager/ steward. Where granted, this will be charged at £10 per1/4 hour.
The venue manager/ steward has the final decision with the respect to when our services must finish ( where applicable).
You agree to us displaying and / or distributing advertising material during the event.

18.You agree to us using any photos or video / audio recordings that we might take at the event, for our own advertising purposes.

19.The DJ at the event may refuse to play any music or recording, which s/ he deems to be unsuitable for the venue or participants at the function, without giving any reason.

20.Licenses for the performance of recorded music are only required at public events ( in most cases private parties, weddings etc do not require a license.) However, It is the promoter(s) responsibility to ascertain the requirement of such a license and whether the venue is licensed for such.
